Golf Bag Review: Sun Mountain versus OGIO, Nike, Callaway
Golf forums are full of people asking each other to compare and contrast products. One recent golf cart bag review showed Sun Mountain versus OGIO, Sun Mountain versus Nike and Sun Mountain versus Callaway to name a few.
In this review the cart bags from Sun Mountain, OGIO and Nike all received the top grade of A+.
The review compared the bags based upon price, club dividers, storage and functionality, and features.
About the price of the Sun Mountain C-130 golf cart bag the review said, “The bag is almost a steal.”
About full-length divider, storage and functionality and features, the review said. “FIFTEEN (15) full length dividers and all the features you need. Love the molded handles on the top to help maneuver the bag.”
According to the review, the “bad” of the bag was comparatively small number of pockets and that the putter well isn’t fully separate. Upon review you see that the word ‘comparatively’ is key. The Nike bag was listed as having 19 pockets versus Sun Mountain C-130’s nine pockets. It’d be interesting to compare actual storage volume in these pockets. We’re confident you can fit everything you need and many, many things you don’t need in our C-130. After all, we borrowed the name from the cargo plane of the same name. And, the C-130 putter well is in fact a separate club division from the other 14 full-length dividers and positioned on the spine of the bag so easiest to access when the bag is on a cart.
